午餐:小南肉粽、燙高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、富士蘋果1顆
下午茶:紫薯纖脆燕麥棒
晚餐:現炸芋頭餅1個、池上檸檬雞腿便當(飯1/2)、西瓜
57.3 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
