As the struggle continues with drops followed by unexpected spikes, I do have to reflect on all the positives in my life. Even being constantly stressed with work, finances, relationships, kids, and anything else in this life, I actually woke up this morning feeling good. I missed my first alarm at 5AM to get up and jog (mostly walk), but I made it up for the second and wasn't late for work. There's a certain clarity that hits every so often that we wish we could hold onto all the time. It's times like this when realize that everything I have and all the tools I need are right in front of me. It's reading your posts and about this communities trials and tribulations that keep me going and influence me at random times when it's easier to make the bad decision. I'm grateful for this community, and want to express that this group keeps me sane. I don't post much, other than my almost daily scale reading, but to me this is meaningful and productive. Enjoy your week!
