Started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last Friday. Working out nicely! I also bought Jackie workout from Bravo's tv show "The Workout" . It kicks ass!
So, can any of you tell me how to keep track of how many calories I eat compared to how many calories I burn from aerobics?I have mastered logging my food so now I just need to know the secret of making sure I burn enough of the calories that I eat so I can lose weight. Any suggestions or ideas?
Awesome weekend for me! I went to Olive Garden for dinner Friday and only ate about a quarter of my spaghetti and meatballs and took the rest home. I rarely take food home from restaurants. Stepped on the scale this am and it said I lost 6 pounds so that made my day! I have worked out everyday since July 3. Feels awesome to work out! I can start to see results when I look in the mirror at the gym...STill have some jigglies but hope to be rid of those soon! Size 18 here I come! HOpe you are ready! Jessica
