午餐:NiSORO 奶油野菇雞腿燉飯(385卡)、蘋果1顆
下午茶:歐可黑芝麻紫米拿鐵(半糖)、鳳梨一些、蘋果乾一些、小捲片
晚餐:蝦米蒜頭炒絲瓜、地瓜一些、荔枝10顆
57.2 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
