So far I guess today is going to go well;I didn't bring any Dinner to work with me so that may not be a good idea. My Boyfriend said he's gonna make dinner...I think he's gonna make burgers with cream of mushroom mixed in with the meat and bake. It might be good but I'm not sure if that's what I should be eating. Really He's loosing all the weight and I eat better that him and workout way more and I'm kinda of disappointed in myself. Maybe I should go on a liquid diet. I'm so fed up I don't know what to do with my damn self anymore.

Breakfast: special K cereal

Lunch: Slimfast drink and a Granola bar.

Dinner: ?????

Guys always lose weight faster than we do just hang in there. Are you following any particular diet? I heard the South Beach Diet was good and you dont get too hungry on it - Im on the fat flush diet and haven't lost much weight lately but you might want to try that - Ive found that a more structured diet makes it easier becasue I dont have to think about what to eat - the diet tells me. At least it works for a little while until I cheat :)

p.s I dont know where you live but my library has a lot of different diet books - I dont like to buy them!
