Had a great day; tried a new class after Zumba, willPower & grace; awesome. My energy levels were good & I did well; two straight hours of challenging exercise!
Went to Whole Foods for chicken breast (I'll try your method of cooking, Neptunebch), glucosamine & ended up spending a bundle. Discovered cilantro lime jalapeno kale chips (OMG) and Hot Chili Pops, little chili lime suckers that are HOT! Great little treat.
Partner wants to go shopping, so chicken will wait for tomorrow. Should be home soon. Later, all
