Im on optifast, start of my 3rd week today 2 meal replacements and a very low cal healthy dinner and 1/2 hr of walking daily. The shakes taste great and the chocolate dessert is very yum too. I Iost 3kg the first week but had a bad second week ate too much take out as i had a very busy week but i didnt put any weight back on, trying to get back on track but have a sinus infection so struggling to exercises
