Hey, I’ll answer in English which is easier for me 😛 I used fatsecret to count my calories and check in my weight progress. Didn’t follow any special diets. At the beginning I cut out carbs, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. You will lose weight if you are in a caloric deficit, doesn’t matter what you eat! I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week, which helps my shape, but to be honest you can’t outexercice a bad diet so just focus on your nutrition, add some sports if you like to anddddd you will get there 😇
