First week back from vacation has been a busy one with yard work and trying to keep up with the kiddos. I feel like I’ve been eating/drinking (yes alcohol even) more calories then I normally would. My anxiety is through the roof about some possible life changes for our family and with the unknown factor my anxiety goes into overdrive every time. And I haven’t worked out this week other than the normal yard work chasing kids so that has a little bit to do with the anxiety too. Next week I’m hoping to get into a better routine now that I’m caught up with everything from being gone. This week marks 3 weeks since my last workout 🙁
