I saw my trainer today and i am so tired now! I worked out really hard. Worked out my core today...stomach & hips and thys too. I think I have shin splintz now because running i was in a lot of pain. I dont like using this program for entering food because it doesnt adjust the carb intake with the fiber to have your net carbs. Like today....it says my total carbs were over 29 when they were closer to 16! Thats ok i just have to keep track of it myself too :)

I find it too time-consuming to enter my food in the diet calendar, so I just update it in my journal throughout the day. You can customize it so that it will give you NET carbs, however.
