Tracking my weight daily I realized my weight lifts on a Monday but drops later to a weekly average of 1.5kgs lost. On Sunday Nights I do have a bit of a “cheat meal” but still fall within my set calories. It’s interesting to see how the body responds to different foods so quickly but also nice to see that having a 90/10 approach produces good results. 😂 Also, it’s something Nice to look forward to after a week of disciplined eating
