Iaa kemaren2 banyak yg minta aku bikin youtube channel untuk olahraga dan makanan sehat tp gak sempat2.. olahraga paha dan kaki pake alat di gym mba/mas 😊.. puasa2 gini aku ttp main beban sampe 40kg tp emang gak mudah di banding gak puasa heehee 😅

Untuk saat ini belum ada kulit gelambir tp nanti kalau body fat ku udah rendah pasti kulit gelambir akan ada apalg perut 😁
Bb di atas 100 trus kalau turun ke 55-60kg pasti gelambir apalg bagian perut
