Iaa saya setiap harinya di kalori defisit jd emang app ini ngebantuuuuu banget untuk atur pola makan.. aku tingginya 163cm
Saya olahraga kaki dan paha setiap hari, untuk saat ini aku main beban di sekitar 20kg untuk paha dan kaki, 40 kg untuk tangan. 😊
