I don't have a recipe. I was just clearing out suitable ingredients from my fridge before I went on holidays. A few things would've gone past their use by date. It had grated zucchini, finely chopped cauliflower, mushroom, sliced tomato, baby spinach, triple cream brie, ham, vintage cheese mixed in with about 8 eggs then topped with bacon bits, mozzarella and grated tasty cheese. Made one large baking tray.
