Oh well 2lb off is better than nothing. Still struggling with comfort eating as my alcoholic sister is causing me a lot of heartbreak and distress. Trying to find some other kind of enjoyment and relaxation in my life besides food!!

2lb off is fantastic.
Finding other ways to numb the effects of stress a bit is a good idea. Working at my allotment, creating my garden, walking with a friend, spinning and knitting do it for me, I hope you find what works for you soon.

If I want to avoid food, because I'm also a comfort eater, I reach for my book. Escaping in a good book often helps.
