早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+中蘋果半顆、歐可紅玉拿鐵(半糖)
午餐:蘋果半顆、NiSORO 南瓜雞肉麵捲(366卡)
下午茶:無糖珍珠紅茶拿鐵、紅豆黑糖糕1塊
晚餐:蝦仁炒飯2/3份+老乾媽醬、蝦醬炒空心菜、椒麻雞3塊、鳳梨4-5塊
56.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
