Today's meal: Turmeric lentil & barley soup; a plate of assorted veggies, quinoa, corn & beet salad, and a bowl of fruit & nuts for dessert.
Recently got a watch that helps me track my activity (including steps). At the moment, my goal is to hit 5000 steps a day, but I never realized how difficult that would be, especially with desk job. If it weren't for the little jog I do after my workouts, I probably wouldn't be hitting my goal 😱. It's a little scary to think how sedentary I used to be. How are people hitting 15 000-20 000 on a normal day?
