早餐:咖啡啤酒麵包1塊、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:乾麵半碗、炸土魠魚2塊、多力多滋一些、多多綠茶半杯
下午茶:中蘋果1顆
晚餐:豬肉炒飯1/2份、宮保雞丁1/2份、蔥爆牛肉半份、蚵仔湯
56.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
