9.10 am BG 5.2 after BP coffee . up at 7.30 drinking coffee since then. Did not do fasting 3.40 PM BG 5.5 after work and few sips of coffee. 2oz of turkey around 11.30 am and a wee bit of sugar in my lemon water.around 2.30 (.24 tsp)pckish again. very busy day and body/back stressed. tired. BK 1.4 @ 3.40 PM
