Bad day today. Ate everything I shouldn’t have! So disappointed in myself. As soon I lapsed once I just went crazy. 2500 calories and a bunch of sugar. Noooooooo.
74.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
