WOW ANOTHER 5 LBS LOST WITH TAKE OFF (YIPPEE). I'M SO HAPPY!!!! YESTERDAY THEY GAVE ME A NEW PLAN,(PURPLE NOW INSTEAD OF RED),I ONLY HAVE 2 PROTEINS, 2 STARCHES, 1 FAT, 1 DAIRY, 3 FRUITS AND 4 VEGGIES. I'M A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT IT, SCARED TO GO OVER BOARD WITH THE STARCHES, COME ON PEOPLE ONLY 2 UGH... THAT'S HARD. ANYWAY I'M GONNA STICK TO THE NEW PLAN AND SEE HOW IT GOES. MY NEXT WEIGH IN WILL BE ON MONDAY UNTIL THEN ....WHO KNOWS.
