Happy Thursday!! I went boxing last night and to my step class...kicked my butt!! It was really good...I'm pretty sore today and I look like I've been in a fight b/c I have bruises and my elbows are pretty red and irritated looking...that was from doing "ground and pound". I think I won...that's because I was fighting a dummy!! LOL Tonight is my total body class at Bally's...pure weight training. I've been doing a butt-load of lunges and squats. I love how my legs feel after...they're starting to look more toned and not so flabby...can you say, cottage cheese??? At least it's going away...or at the least the appearance of it is going away. Here's my meal plan for today:
Breakfast: 6 oz. low fat peach yogurt and 1 orange 2nd meal: 1/2 cup black beans and 1 apple 3rd meal: 1/2 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup black beans Snack: 1 100 calorie granola bar 4th meal: 1 medium salad with 3 tbsp. low fat ranch and 1/2 cup brown rice
