I have been on damage limitation since Thursday. Average daily intake last week =1900cals / week before was over 2200... I was showing a 4lbs gain Thursday due to being away on my boat at Easter etc. (No chocolate, just eating and drinking lots!). So I am okay with just 1 pound gain. I will be weighing in Friday this week as away for Mayday weekend on the boat again this weekend. Next weigh in then will be Monday 13th May. I hope I dont gain too much again.
