昨天又沒上廁所,體重又大幅上升了QQ

早餐:拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)、多力多滋幾塊(香濃起司)
午餐:好市多牛肉捲2/3份、德國豬腳幾塊、蛤蠣濃湯濃湯1/4杯、鳳梨幾塊
下午茶:鳳梨幾塊
晚餐:巨蛋B1的牛肉飯+起司絲、味噌湯、去籽芭樂半顆
55.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
