Yesterday was difficult. Better today. Sleep insomnia causes problems with cravings. Went to bed 5 a.m. up at 12:30 p.m. Better sleep, not hurting as much.
109.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 48.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
