9.40 AM BG during BP coffee 5.1 10 AM BK 1.4 could be ketones from CO too much fat yesterday? restless sleep again 3- pm a wko..liver feeling full and sluggish. lok into clearing out. 3.35 PM BK 1.9 right after salad/avocado. 3.40 PM BG 4.9 (88) right after salad/avocado and tea has ben the ony other food since BP coffee this am. 5 hrs post coffee Decided to have some supper around 6.15 finished at 7.00 PM with a coupe Marys crackers and cream cheese for desert.carbs still low. total daily 19 carbs. took a lot of Digest Gold enzymes to help break up slow digestion. sure hope tonights sleep is better. I do feel better..had some chamomile tea and ginger/lemon . Not sure if I will do a BG tonight. Decided to have supper around 6.30 (thought I already added this?) steak, mushrooms and some cream cheese with 4 marys crackers 8.50 PM BG 5.9as I thought it may be higher because of the over 30 g protein at supper plus the cream cheese/crackers. likely will not go down too much but really only 1-1.5 points from a good FBG and not spike or a high level.
