Ugh,staying on plan but indulged in too much low carb ice cream or it could be a change in meds or stress or an incredibly therapeutic massage that has me still sore after 4 days but dadgum...up two pounds???

Bummer @Floridalgal2000! Hard to tell why the scale acts like it does! Sometimes, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it! OH NO!!! I'm going for a 90-minute massage today! Getting a massage can't REALLY make you gain weight, can it???

Debbie, this was a very very deep tissue massage. There is some thought that as the muscle fibers are separated, the body has to heal and holds water (inflammation) while it does. I HIGHLY doubt it was the 90-minute massage but as I am still sore 4 days later it occurred to me it COULD be. Probably carb creep or meds change though!
