Woke at 235.8, down 2.6 from yesterday after a fasting day. Business lunch out today. Targeting 1700-1800 calories overall. Resting BPM back in the 40s this week — 47 this morning. Need to ramp up my metabolism. UPDATE: Outgoing CTO's birthday today, so I enjoyed a piece of ice cream cake before lunch. Added. UPDATE: Had a cup of coffee and a 15-net-carb protein bar in the afternoon. When I got home, I weighed 233.8. Ate a mess of pork chops and some red wine for dinner. Topped out at just under 2500 calories. Will fast tomorrow.
