Its amazing what sodium does to me, had 2 slices of lower sodium bacon with my cabbage last night and went up 2/10 of a pound...I know its water.....but really makes me aware of how too much salt affects me. I had an all time low night weight last night and generally that would mean a loss this morning, oh well...slow and steady wins the race!
