My legs are like irons, more like rocks. They rock!
Rode, 23 hours, 301 miles up to today. To me, it has been an "easy" month. I can see my speed increasing, I can feel my effort decreasing, its been easy riding this month, through bad weather, soreness, and wind. Honestly despite my weight, I feel my cycling is almost at its peak.
It makes me doubt weight > fitness once again.
It also proves solidly, its 80% what you eat, and 20% what you do!
So, like I shared earlier this week. I look forward to January and regular routines, holidays that done pop up bi-weekly, and getting back on this bandwagon.
