oh boy overate today over 2400 calories. I didn't mean too. I should not have had that second hot dog. Are the pork and beans for that matter. However, I feel so sick today and after I got up I was so hungry. What's the old saying feed a cold and starve a fever... We'll I certainly fed the cold! Hopefully with all the cooking tomorrow. Easter Ham and sweet potato with green beans I should can back on track.
