6.55 AM 5.6 last 9 HRS fast (PB at 9PM )awoke around 4.30 and not really back to sleep fully. too much fat at dinner again? BF at work at 10.45 2 eggs 4 bacon, and 2 more bacon later, a few plain almonds around 4 pm.
BG 5.4 @ 4 PM about 4 hours from lunch when I got home from work. went to grocer and took a cab home. had a few almonds 1 oz or so. BK 0.7 was it the yogurt/raspberrries or the other day the added ketones in CO coffee?? that raised the level, BG @ 7 PM 6.4 1.5 hours after supper and 45 minutes after cheese. 3 oz steak, 1 cup mixed leeks/broccoli, 2 oz fried mushrooms, about 2 TBSP fat. @ 5 ish PM then 2 oz swiss cheese at about 6.10 PM. I am thinking again this is the cheese/dairy? Tomorrow I will have no dairy other than HWC in coffee going to have some PB at 7.20
