OH YEAH! Finally started loosing some lbs although it’s been hard!!! I haven’t sent the lbs go down but I started noticing the changes in my body which motivated me more to workout harder at the gym and stick to my eating habits! I’ll tell you what though the low carbs is no joke there was time when I felt weak and grumpy some days I had to take power naps but still managed to go to the get to the gym and sometimes had to take two scoops of preworkout to be able to go hard !!
