7.20 AM FBG 5.6, FBK .3 Lunch at 2 pm 1 fried egg, shredded cheese < 1 oz 4 bacon 1 slice of tomato and 1 piece boiled carrot around 3.30PM
5 PM 2- 3 hours PP was it the carrot? cheese? This was right after getting home from work. I walked home of course work is busy physically and also stressful. BG 7.2! 4 minutes later 6.3 ? then 6.6 BK .8 6PM dinner about 4.5 OZ protein pork chop/CO, HWC coffee/CO also had some PB and almonds as snack
Note: did not take any gymnema today at all. L-glutamine 2-3 x.
