I haven't weighed in of late, and I know I spiked over the holiday baking season, but have been cutting back down to baseline again on intake. Thinking I'll do my next weigh-in either on the 31rst, as a last weight of the year, or the 1rst as the start of the brand new year. Hoping all my FS buddies did well over the holidays, and we'll all be starting off roughly where we were before the holiday season, if they didn't outdo me by actually staying on track through the last few weeks :)
(How do I know I spiked? Springerle! I love the little buggers, but they're just packed with carbs.)
