Still rock-in my stud belt. Feels so good to remove so many studs and add so many holes. Day 76 on keto and down 29.5 lbs. I'm only counting the weight I've lost on keto not the 6 lbs from Thanksgiving to January, that was stress/worried loss. Oh well, I tried posting pick of both images of belt but you get the gist of it. I've never been able to loose weight and once I found keto and saw the instant drop I was hooked, I've never really been proud of myself until now.
