Tips prinsipnya sama kyk diet teman2 yg lain yaitu defkal,aku perharinya makan di kalori sekitar 1200-1300..olahraga seminggu 3-4 kali via youtube dan aplikasi women fitness..
Aku ga makan nasi, ku ganti sm nasi shirataki,ga makan mi dan tepung2an..setiap hari pasti makan sayur,minya aku ganti olive oil..untuk protein aku dari dada ayam tanpa kulit,putih telur,tempe,dan tahu..
Diet itu harus enjoy,sabar dan semangat..😊
