I paid Angel her pimp money (LOL) for July -- well, part of it anyway. I said I was giving it to her early because I don't see her Saturday, and she said, "Because you're a bum. You're already skipping the first Saturday in July." Erica and I just laughed.

One day, I'm going to see if she even reads those checks. I wonder what she would do if I put "Bootycamp" in the memo, or "Special Favors." Oh, she would flip for sure.

I was good today. This morning, I did really fast walking on the treadmill and then ten minutes on the stair-stepper. Then of course, there was Bootcamp.

I thought about it today, and I realized that my summer is consumed with Bootcamp or working out at the gym... YEAHHHHHHH!!!! LOL My co-workers are going to see me at least ten pounds lighter in August. If Angel has her way, I'll be 40 pounds lighter (and if I don't eat all month this month). Me minus 10 to 40 pounds equals HAPPY and HEALTHY. Do you know I haven't been sick since I started taking my MAX-3 vitamins? I am also getting better at taking my iron, and I think that's helping me so much.

The best part about this week: I'm able to do my push-ups on my toes without collapsing on my boobs. Angel says I'm not going deep enough, but I'm just glad my arms don't give out at all. Shoot. If I could do them on my knees, I'd go deeper into the push-ups. But nooooo. Notorious MPT wants me on my toes. The second best part about this week: I'm able to do 5 jump ropes on each leg. GO CHICKEN LEGS!!!
