Okay. Been working with Dr. D since April. Supposed to be low carb. Ice cream has been my downfall. But I am taking my vitamins on schedule (hooray), and am eating breakfast. This week I've decided to start journalling my food again to help with consciousness and planning. Dr. D and I are planning on my starting HCG protocol on Aug 13th (I see here the 12th for the blood test results and to see if we're good to go on all fronts). But, I'd like to release at least 10 pounds before that. I'll weigh in at home tonight.
