I did it!!! Successfully completed a 16 hour fast. It is a huge deal to me because I am one of those people who said I could NEVER skip a meal..I actually did ok, I got hungry around 10am and then it went away. I was also more alert and it helps getting my water amounts in also. Hoping for good results..
