Today is day 8 on the 17 DD. So far I am loving it! I do have 2 days coming up where I have a planned "cheat". I have 2 brunches to go to, and while I am not going to force myself to cheat, lol, I am also not going to stress about going off of my diet for that period of time. However, I think it is unreasonable to expect myself to completely avoid carbs in that situation. I will allow myself to have what I want in moderation and then go right back to my diet after each brunch. Other than that, I am not having any cravings. I love eating this way. I feel super healthy and the weight is melting off! My goals are actually with in my sight! :)
