Hey guys! So I bought a food scale last week and I am absolutely loving using it! There are so many things that I was over-counting and under-counting and it’s made such a huge difference to the way I’m tracking my calories and macros and the foods that I’ve been eating. I’ve also seen such huge results in since using the scale, and I love the feeling of accuracy😻
Anyone else use a food scale?
