dietnya awal2 ocd yg 6jam setiap senin - sabtu.. ga makan tepung2.. dan kurangi karbo.. minggu kbykan nakalny hehehe
ini jg naik turun kdg suka nakal pula.. 3bln baru bs turun sgtu..
ini msh on diet juga kok..😅
