Wow, those most recent three pounds took forever to come off! I guess I can't expect to lose weight when I go insane on the weekends: eating bowls of sugary cereal, pizza and (gasp) gellato. But, I finally made my way back to the program and it's working again.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That's it - stay with the program. Those extra carbs can really slow down the weight loss. Keep your protein levels up, and you won't be so tempted.
