Hey! Been a while since I've journaled I see :o)! Hopefully my buddies don't think I deserted them...YUMMM DESSERT! Heehee JK! Ok...let's see. I've been 'stuck' here at 136 for some time. I don't really mind but I do because of my 'Navigator' team. I only pulled ONE STINKIN' pound loss for the team so far :o(! Bummer...but you can't say I'm not trying. These last few are like GLUE on me. I can't shake off ANY loss lately. I seriously would like to lose about 6 more pounds. I already cut my WW points to 19 and that doesn't seem to have ANY effect on me. EXCEPT I'm hungry...haha! Just kidding, not really. I'm gonna cut even more carbs on the advice of that "meanie" Badandee :o) LOVE YA GIRL! We'll see. I really didn't think I consumed much in the form of carbs, but I'm wrong...I DO! Most of us DO! I'll cut my cereal to 1/4 cup now in my yogurt for breakfast. I need more calcium, I know, as I'm a bit "lacto" if you get my drift, but yogurt is OK on my tum so... Excited that the weather is turning around a bit here...chilly out but not too cold to play my softball! First game next Tuesday! I'll let y'all know how we do! Have a good day guys!
