I really hate it when I dont sleep well. it means a bigger struggle to avoid sweets. I got up at 5:45 this morning as usual for a work day. Instead of feeling refreshed, I woke up exhausted. I sure hope we are busy at work so the time wont drag. Boredom will make it worse. my strategy today is to drink more hot herbal tea instead of snacking. Wish me luck. I've not been meeting my calorie goal so need to do better this week. my weight stayed the same so that's at least not bad. I had caved at the drug store and bought Easter candy. I remember passing by the candy aisle and telling myself that my goal is to teach myself to limit portions of things that are sugary, but not to deny myself. Well, I did not deny myself LOL. But I tracked it all in here so I could own it. Work in progress.
