I don't know how I did it. My hubby is home on leave from the Army so I haven't been excercising (well not in the usual way anyway lol) and I haven't been eating right. I'm not overeating but I'm not keeping track. We even went out to lunch at Olive Garden. Who cares how I did it, I'm not complaining, I'm just glad the scale moved in the right direction.
