Yesterday I had a migraine and couldn't face the thought of a protein shake. I was way too nauseus. The only thing I could imagine eating was roast beef, and my dear boyfriend was sweet enough to go to the grocery store and get me some. I just ate roast beef and drank diet Sprite and lay on the couch all day, and in the evening I managed a cup of coffee.
Somehow I lost nearly a pound and a half. Sadly, I probably can't eat like that every day. On the upside, thanks to this diet, I no longer have migraines every day, either.
