Day 15, Started great, made a nice all whites omelet with cheese and a 1/2 slice of bacon from breakfast. Had two cups of coffee with splenda and a creamer in each no carbs little calories. Ended breakfast at around 150 calories with only 1 carb. Moving on to a great night at the In laws place had about 6 oz of strip roast and 3oz of carrots. YUM. Got on the scale and weighted in about 200.8 from my 201.5 this morning. Can't until tomorrow and the next day and the next. This is great 14 more days of dieting until my 9-10 day vacation. So excited.
