@putri aisah. Saya jg masih belajar kak. Yg saya pahami kalau mau cutting ya defisit kalori. Utk cutting yg sehat harus di atas bmr dn di bwh tdee. Utk tau bmr dn tdee, kakak bisa cek aja berapa bmr dn tdee kakak di website. Kalo aku biasanya pake healthyeater website. Cek aja disitu.
